Fed: Inquiry probes death of RAAF doctor
BRISBANE, Feb 25 AAP - A decorated military doctor who served in Iraq, the Solomon
Islands and East Timor allegedly died from a medication overdose, an inquiry has heard.
RAAF Squadron Leader Adam Hughes was found dead by his mother at his Brisbane home
on January 21, 2008.
Paramedics failed to resuscitate Mr Hughes, who had taken medication given to him at
his military medical discharge from service, the inquiry was told.
A defence force inquiry in Brisbane heard Mr Hughes, who joined the RAAF as a doctor
