Bob Branchini leaned back in his chair in the physical education office at Albany High. He had a few minutes to go until the Falcons football team was to return to the practice field for the afternoon session of the first day of practice.
Branchini yawned.
"I didn't sleep too well or too long last night," the new Albany High coach said. "It was a tough night ... I kept thinking about all the things I had to do today."
